Sooji Halwa Proportions
Sooji Halwa is usually made in large quantities for religious or holiday celebrations. If you are planning to make a large amount and wish to create the most quantity There's a minimum amount that you have to follow.
A ratio to suji to water in relation to Ghee is 1:1:2:0.5 in the cup or glass. I slightly alter the ratio to add an extra Ghee but using lower sweetness.
- Sugar - To make 1 cup sooji (or rava) I suggest including 2/3 to 3/4 cup in sugar. This implies this suji Halwa isn't as sweet or it is not as sweet. A cup sugar makes quite a sweet and sweet taste.
